By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing products or gift cards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pure Eco Spa & Boutique ('Pure Eco Spa,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), a Rhode Island business located at 18 Franklin Street, Westerly, RI 02891. By using our website, making a booking, or receiving services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental or guardian consent), that you have read and understand these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Services

2a. Description of Services

Pure Eco Spa offers wellness and beauty services including, but not limited to, organic facials, massage and body treatments, lymphatic drainage, advanced skin treatments, reflexology and holistic therapies, nail, waxing, and lash services. Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2b. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have undergone recent surgery or a medical procedure, you must consult with a licensed healthcare provider before receiving services. By booking an appointment, you represent that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to our staff.

Pure Eco Spa reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service at any time if, in our professional judgment, providing the service poses a health or safety risk to you or our staff.

2c. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any lawful reason, including but not limited to behavior that is disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with our spa environment and values.

3. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

3a. Booking

Appointments may be booked online through our booking portal, by phone, or in person. By confirming a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact details, and any relevant health disclosures.

3b. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that schedules change. To respect our practitioners' time and other guests, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full service cost. 3c. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened service so that subsequent guests are not delayed. The full service rate will apply regardless of shortened duration due to a late arrival.

4. Payments, Products, and Gift Cards

4a. Pricing

All service and product prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4b. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as posted in our spa. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4c. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable toward services and products at Pure Eco Spa & Boutique. Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable. Pure Eco Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift card balances will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

4d. Refunds and Returns

Service fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been rendered.

5. Events and Programs

From time to time, Pure Eco Spa hosts special events, workshops, and wellness programs. Event-specific terms, including ticketing, cancellation, and refund policies, will be posted at the time of purchase or registration. By registering for an event, you agree to those event-specific terms in addition to these Terms.

Events held on our property are subject to our Code of Conduct. Pure Eco Spa reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with our community values.

6. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

6a. Assumption of Risk

Spa services, including massage, bodywork, heat therapies, and advanced skin treatments, involve inherent physical contact and may not be appropriate for everyone. By receiving services, you voluntarily assume any risk associated with receiving those services and acknowledge that you have disclosed all relevant health information to our staff.

6b. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Eco Spa & Boutique and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product at issue.

6c. Personal Property

Pure Eco Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property while on our premises. We encourage all guests to secure valuables prior to receiving services.
